Our members
Cliff's members are professionals in financial communication and investor relations at issuers, as well as consultants and providers in related fields.
Training programs
Since 2013, the Cliff has set up with the University Paris Dauphine - PSL two training programs in financial communication and investor relations: an initiation and a certification.
Financial Communication: Framework and Practices
Launched in 2008 and reissued every year, this guide designed by professionals, experts in their respective fields, pursues the ambition to help issuers, financial communication professionals and executives, to identify within the regulatory provisions to which listed companies are subject, while describing the usual practices of issuers in this area (in French).
Governance
The Board of Directors of the Cliff guarantes the respect for fundamental values and the associative project. He defines the association’s strategic orientations and service offering for its members and actively participates in their implementation on a voluntary basis.
