Issuer member or associated member?
You can apply for the status of issuer member if you are a professional in financial communication and investor relations, an employee in a listed company or about to be listed, or a debt issuing company.
You can request the status of associated member
- if you carry out an outsourced financial communication consulting activity, directly or indirectly in charge of this activity on behalf of a listed company;
- or if you work in a profession related to financial communication.
Intuitu personae membership offers the following benefits:
- Free participation in the breakfasts/debates (in person) and flash decoding (via video conference), including for non-member employees and colleagues of the represented company when they are interested in the topics discussed.
- Participation in the "member" rate at the annual seminar, including for employees and colleagues of the company represented who are not members.
- Free participation in working groups (according to the opening for associate members).
- Free circularization for the issuers of short email surveys to their peers, sent by the Cliff permanence and carried out on request with the Survey Monkey tool, as well as access to all studies, surveys, Barometers and benchmarks carried out by the Cliff for its members; it is also possible for an issuer to apply for permanence on specific research related to an ongoing benchmark.

2025 Fees
- Entrance fee for anyone who has never joined the Cliff: €300
Annual Membership Fee:
- Issuers with a market capitalization of more than €1 billion and associates:
- 1st member of a company: €1 700*
- from 2nd to 4th member of a company: €1 200*
- from 5th member: €1 000*
- Issuers with a market capitalization of less than €1 billion and companies not yet listed or issuing debt : €1 000 for each member*
*As an Association Law 1901, the Cliff does not charge VAT.
When the membership takes place during the year, the amount of the contribution is calculated prorata temporis per started quarter.
